### Packaging

- We use a minimum of 30% post-consumer resin (PCR) in our HDPE (high-density polyethylene) bottles, with plans to increase this percentage soon
- In 2023, we transitioned our bestselling 8oz tubs to 30% PCR
- We continue to reduce the usage of any secondary packaging
- We removed plastic trays from haircare kits
- In 2023, we launched refillable offerings with lightweight, recyclable packaging
